Job Details KAORIseeks an experienced and qualified Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Miami.We seek someone with a good community, great communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Asian cuisine. We prefer someone who is interested in sustainable practices and sourcing high-quality products through local networks and vendors.In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience being accountable for a restaurant P&L, and the desire to learn and contribute.ABOUT US:Kaori is a restaurant and Hi-Fi listening bar where subtle beauty meets the bold tastes of modern Asian cuisine. We honor the intricate nature of each ingredient, understanding that every flavor carries a piece of cultural heritage and shared past. We've created a space with simplicity in mind, brought to life through vibrant flavors, eclectic sounds, and genuine human connection. OUR MENU pays homage to the vibrant flavors of Asia, guiding our guests through familiar tastes and exciting innovations. It evolves continually with the seasons, embracing the availability of fresh produce. Collaborating closely with local farms such as Tiny Farms, French Farms, and Harpke Farms, we champion sustainable agriculture practices. As part of our commitment to a greener future, we have phased out seed oils in our kitchen.
